Product Obsolescence and Deprecated Platforms Policy
INNOVATION Data Processing is continually working to improve our software and services to best meet the needs of our customers. We continue to focus our development efforts on current and new technology to help our customer base achieve their strategic business initiatives.
Product Obsolescence Policy
Full support for the FDR/UPSTREAM software is provided for the current generally available release and one previous product release. When a FDR/UPSTREAM product release has reached End of Life (EOL), INNOVATION will issue notices outlining the effective date. Full support for the product release will be provided until the EOL date.
Engineering support for a third-party vendor operating system, or application, that has reached EOL will expire upon the release of the notification of obsolescence from that third party vendor. FDR/UPSTREAM Customer Support will provide commercially reasonable assistance to customers with unsupported platforms and applications but limited to support assistance.
